Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel a weekly or monthly subscription, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused meals. Refunds are calculated based on the per-meal price of your plan.
Missed Delivery
If we miss a delivery due to our fault (not due to incorrect address or unavailability at delivery time), the meal will be credited back to your subscription.
Quality Issues
If you receive a meal that does not meet quality standards, report it within 2 hours of delivery via the app or website. We will either credit the meal or provide a replacement on the next delivery day.
Processing Time
Refunds for online payments are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds are adjusted against future orders or transferred via UPI.
Non-Refundable
Meals already delivered cannot be refunded unless there is a quality complaint. Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
