1. Subscription Terms

By subscribing to Lunchy Munchy, you agree to receive meal deliveries as per your selected plan (daily, weekly, or monthly). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Delivery

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Kids plans are delivered between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM. Adult plans between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Orders placed after 8:00 PM cutoff are scheduled for the next available delivery day.

3. Cancellation & Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Pro-rata refunds are processed for unused meals within 5-7 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. Pause & Modify

You can pause deliveries for specific dates. Your subscription end date will extend accordingly. Changes must be made before 8:00 PM the day prior.

5. Food Safety

Our kitchen is FSSAI certified. We follow strict hygiene protocols. While we accommodate allergen preferences marked in your profile, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. Payment

We accept COD (first order), UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. All prices include applicable GST (5%).
